SoftwarePin can ship to nearly any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products, and others cannot be shipped to international destinations. To ensure customer satisfaction, SoftwarePin offers a 30 day product guarantee. Please read below for a full treatment of our Shipping & Returns policies.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order with us, either online or through our customer service team, the estimated time for delivery is influenced by various factors. These include the destination of your order, the chosen shipping method, and the time you place your order. Most of our products are digital and we strive to process these same day.

To help you plan, here are the estimated processing and delivery times for each shipping method. Please note that these are estimates and, depending on product availability, your items may arrive earlier than expected:

Physical Products:

Express: 1 Business days processing time. 1-3 business days for delivery.

* Valid for delivery in United States Only. Shipping to all other locations will be calculated at checkout.

Digital Products:

Electronic Delivery: Immediate processing. Delivered to your email within 30 minutes**.

RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount paid for new, unopened items - minus the shipping cost. Prior to returning any product, you must obtain authorization via email: support@SoftwarePin.com or phone: (307) 203-4241.

SoftwarePin will pay the return shipping cost for an incorrect or defective item; then ship the correct item through an upgraded shipping method. Customers can expect to receive their refund within 2-4 weeks. This time frame estimate considers the return shipping transit time, an authorization check, and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued via the original form of payment. 


* SoftwarePin will process the product/license key, via manufacturer verification, to ensure the product has not been pre-activated or compromised. Once it has passed the verification process, we will refund the purchase price of the product to the original form of payment.
