RETURN POLICY

Within 30 days of delivery, we will refund the full amount paid for new, unopened items - minus the shipping cost. Prior to returning any product, you must obtain authorization via email: support@SoftwarePin.com or phone: (307) 203-4241.

SoftwarePin will pay the return shipping cost for an incorrect or defective item; then ship the correct item through an upgraded shipping method. Customers can expect to receive their refund within 1-2 weeks. This time frame estimate considers the return shipping transit time, an authorization check, and your refund processing time. Refunds are only issued via the original form of payment. 


* SoftwarePin will process the product/license key, via manufacturer verification, to ensure the product has not been pre-activated or compromised. Once it has passed the verification process, we will refund the purchase price of the product to the original form of payment.
