License keys/serial numbers for all other products are emailed out within an hour of purchase during normal business hours ( 10am - 8pm Pacific Time ) and up to 6 hours outside this window.
SHIPPING
We can ship to nearly any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When an order is placed online or through our customer service department, the estimated time frame for delivery is based upon a number of factors, including the destination, shipping method, and the time in which the order was placed.
RETURN POLICY
*Electronic delivery – SoftwarePin team will process the product/license key through manufacturer verification to make sure the product has not yet been activated or tampered with. Once this verification process is complete and the product has passed, SoftwarePin team will refund the purchase price of the product to the original method of payment.
